Setting my own goals

I have made 3 goals that I want to achieve during the GLPS camp.
I am really desiring to achieve my goals in 30 days.

My three goals are:

one: exercise

two: not being lazy

three: read more books



Goal one: exercise
I don't exercise very often, so I am gaining weight.
So, I am going to make some steps to exercise more, and efficiently.

Step 1: Eat less
This is close to losing weight, but that is my ultimate goal,
so I thought that it will help exercising.

Step 2: Walk and run a lot
While staying here, I have to walk and run a lot.
Because we have to find the teachers' rooms, it requires a lot of walking.
Also, the buildings are distant far away, so I have to move a lot more.
I do this everyday, so this is an exercising.

Step 3: Repeat step 1 and 2 for 30 days
If I don't proceed after just doing for a day, it is no use.
So, I have to keep this habit for 30 days.



Goal two: Not being lazy
Nowadays, I think that I am being lazy.
So, I made some steps to achieve this goal.

Step 1: Wake up earlier (7)
Before coming here, I always woke up at 7:30.
But I have to wake up at 7:00 here,
so this is a good opportunity to achieve my goal.

Step 2: Finish my work first
This is really important to achieve this goal.
If I put off my work to the next day, and the day after tomorrow....
then the work will be piled up at the day before check.
This will put me into trouble, so I have to finish my work.
Also, this will help me not being lazy.

Step 3: Always think about my task to do
If I play after just forgetting my work, it is a serious problem.
I always have to think my task in mind, so I can always be aware of it.
If I always put my task-to-do in my mind,
there would be no possibility to be in trouble.



Goal three: Read more books
My mom always have told me that I am not reading books nowadays.
So, I am going to read more books during this camp.

Step 1: Try harder books
My roommate has some philosophical books.
They are very long, and seems hard to read.
I cannot understand him, but I don't think that I cannot do that what others do.
So, I will borrow some books from him and try to read them.

Step 2: No giving up while reading a book
I have no tenacity while reading the book, so I give up a lot of times.
If I think that the book is not funny, I just close the book.
I have to fix this and proceed reading book.
Books are there to give knowledge and information about something.
Even novels have something giving to us.
I cannot just abandon the lesson and information that is helpful for me.

Step 3: Read a book or two in a week
Before this camp, I had a service borrowing four books in a week, and giving some money every month. But I did not read the books very well.
I want to read more books here.
Although there is not much time to read books here, I will start from a small goal
to big one (if the time allows me to do).

I hope I accomplish these goals that I set up.
The things I set up-I must accomplish.
